Before you buy
Do my credits expire?
Pay as you go credits never expire. Monthly plan credits refresh on your billing date each month and do not roll over.
What happens to unknown results?
An unknown means the check did not resolve on this run, not a guess. It is never charged as valid or invalid, and you can re-run it later.
Can I switch between the two models?
Yes, at any time. Switching does not affect credits you already have — pay-as-you-go credits keep working alongside a monthly plan.
How fast will you process my list?
Around 100,000 emails an hour. Bulk jobs run in the background, so you can close the tab and come back for the results.
Are duplicates charged twice?
No. Duplicate rows in the same file are detected and only charged once.
Is the service GDPR compliant?
Yes. We are fully GDPR compliant, and your file is only processed to verify it — it is not kept beyond that run.
